ミュージシャン兼映画監督ハンス・フェルスタッドは、ニューアルバム『KOBE LIVE HOUSE』（Accretions Records）のリリースを祝うべく、奇妙なサウンドと独特なパルスと共に来日する。そもそもこのCDは、2003年に神戸のライブハウスでレコーディングされたもの。今回の日本ツアーは、その記念すべき神戸中央区Big Appleで12月3日に行われるリリースパーティーを皮切りに、京都、東京、横浜へと続き、12月9日、大阪で開催される『9th Festival BEYOND INNOCENCE 2005』への出演で幕を閉じる。
ロスを拠点とするフェルスタッドは、自らが監督を務めた長編映画　『MOOG（モーグ）』　の日本語版を最近リリースしたのだが、このツアーでは映画で実際に使われたMoogシンセサイザーを使う嵐閧ﾅある。
フェルスタッドはこれまでにSOLOアーティストとして、また伝説と化した数多くのプレイヤー達と共に、世界のエクスペリメンタルミュージックシーンにおいて様々な場で演奏やレコーディングを行ってきた。その活動はアメリカ、カナダ、ヨーロッパ、日本、オーストラリア、メキシコ、ブラジル等に及ぶ。

98年頃より活動を開始。現在、Conceal / .nes / Baiyonと３つの名義で音楽制作を同時進行中。エディット感の強いeven beat、脱力感の強いハウス/ダブ/ヒップホップなどをユニットで制作し、SOLO名義では幼少の記憶を想起させる様なエクスペリメンタルサウンドをストイックに制作している。ライブではL?K?O、Hair Stylistics（中原昌也）、Dose One(ANTICON)等ジャンルを超え様々なアーティストとセッションも行う。また、自身が率いるグラフィックユニットWet Sideの活動も盛んで、一見かわいく、よく見ると奇妙なキャラクターが溶込むデザインは女の子を中心に幅広く愛されている。さっぱりとした線で描かれたものから異常に細やかなテクスチャーを使ったものまで幅広く、物語性のあるデザインは、多くのアーティストから支持を受け、CDジャケットやフライヤーに起用されている。自身のレーベルBrain Escape Sandwich Rec.(b.e.s.r.)の運営と、Wet Side名義でのグラフィック／映像／プロダクトデザイン等を連動させ音楽だけではなくヴィジュアルを含めた世界観を提示している。
2004年　ドキュメンタリー映画『MOOG』にStereolabやToroiseらと共に参加、オープニング及びエンディングの一部を担当。
2005年2月　satanicpornocultshopのughとのユニットConcealのアルバム「Baptized Troopers」を発売。hip hopを通過したクリック/グリッチ以降のエディットストレンジハウス/テクノ。奇形クリックハウス/テクノの延長にある音が話題となる。
2005年4月　Wet Sideとして愛・地球博のカナダ館で行われたCANADA vs JAPAN LIVE PAINTING EXPOにおいてライブペインティングを敢行。
2005年6月　San Diegoで行われたSpring Reverb Festivalに出演、それに伴いUS/Mexico Tourを敢行。
2005年末頃　『.nes that sounds like school radio at lunch time…..』発売よてい。

本名：岸野一之（キシノ カズユキ）。1961年9月13日、東京に生まれる。ギタリスト、エレクトロニクス奏者、ドラマー、ヴォーカリスト、作詞／作曲家。1981年、舞踏ワークショップ「舞塾」（2期生）修了後、ギター・インプロヴァイザーとして活動を始める。その後SOLO活動と並行してメルツバウとのコラボレーション、ハナタラシへのライヴ参加、YBO2 のギタリストやフリーロックトリオ A.N.P のリーダーとしての活躍、さらには日本のオルタナティヴバンドやアーティストを初めて海外へ紹介したオムニバスレコード『DEAD TECH』シリーズをプロデュースする等、インディペンデントシーンの黎明期より重要な役割を担い今日に至る。1987年に ZENI GEVA（ゼニゲバ）を結成、90年には初の USAツアーを行う。スティーヴ・アルビニをプロデューサーに迎え制作した ZENI GEVA のアルバムはこれまでに5枚を数え、アメリカとヨーロッパでのライヴ公演数はそれぞれ100回以上に及ぶ。イギリスBBCの「ジョン・ピール・セッション」にも2回出演。1995年にはオーストラリア ＆ ニュージーランドツアーを行う。KK.NULL 個人としてこれまでに共演した主要なアーティストは、スティーヴ・アルビニ、フレッド・フリス、ジョン・ゾーン、ジム・オルーク、ジェイムス・プロトキン（スコーン）、スピグニエフ・カルコウスキー、ジョン・ローズ、フィリップ・サマーティス、秋田昌美（メルツバウ）、吉田達也、灰野敬二、大友良英、山本精一、田中アタウ、山崎マゾ（マゾンナ）、インキャパシタンツ、アストロ、アレクセイ・ボリャt、ビル・ホリスト、ゼヴ、クリス・ワトャ唐ﾈど。近年海外のフェステイバルへの出演依頼も増え、国際的評価は高まる一方である。これまでにリリースされた作品は（バンド、コラボレーションも含め）100タイトル以上に及ぶ。

横浜生まれのマルコ・フェルナンデスは長年、カリフォルニア州サンディエゴで演奏家、プロデューサー及び展覧会の主事として活躍してきっている。SOLO・インプロバイザー、フォノグラファー、及び打楽器奏手・サウンドアーティストとして、ジョージ・ルイス、ハコ、セシルテイラーのライル・エリス、フランクザッパのマイク・キナリーやトラメルフローラコレクティブ等と国際的に演奏を行ってきている。
このツアーでフェルナンデスは、フィールド・レコーディングと生のエレクトロニクスをミックスし、幾つもの「在り得る空間」を作りだす。そして聞き手は音とリズムの架空の世界に出会うこととなる。インプロビゼーションとフォノグラフィー（フィールド・レコーディング芸術）がブレンドするフェルナンデスの演奏は、彼の多文化的アイデンティティーと音楽的融合へのファシネーションを映し出す音の風景である。

Hans Fjellestad (b. 1968) is a musician and filmmaker currently based in Los Angeles. He has composed for film, video, theater, dance and has presented his music, film and video art in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, Mexico and Brazil.

Fjellestad has an extensive discography both as a solo artist and in collaboration with many legendary players in the international experimental music scene. An "innovative musician" (All About Jazz) and "mad scientist of sound" (SLAMM), Fjellestad's music has been described as "unbridled sonic freedom... raw, almost shamanic energy that embodies the true essence of unrestricted music" (XLR8R) and a "spicy concoction... refusing to behave itself, it screams, throws things and makes a mess" (The Wire).

Fjellestad has performed and/or recorded with Muhal Richard Abrams, George Lewis, Peter Kowald, Le´ Quan Ninh, Lisle Ellis, Haco, Miya Masaoka, Money Mark, Donkey, Takayuki Kato, Saga Yuki, Thomas Dimuzio, Tetsu Saitoh, David Slusser, Baiyon, Jakob Riis, P.O. J?rgens, Carl Bergstr?m-Nielsen, Mike Keneally, Nortec Collective, among many others. His music is available on Hollywood Records, Accretions Records, Circumvention Music, Brain Escape Sandwich, Barely Auditable Records, Pan Handler, and Vinyl Communications. New cd releases are scheduled for 2005/2006 on Accretions and Praemedia.

Fjellestad (or his alter-ego, 33) has performed in such far-flung venues as The Roxy (Prague), Shinjuku Pit Inn (Tokyo), ABC No Rio (New York City), Bimbo's 365 Club (San Francisco), Don Loope (Tijuana), Spring Reverb Festival (San Diego/Tijuana), Den Anden Opera (Copenhagen), Yokohama Jazz Promenade, Big Sur Experimental Music Festival, San Diego Repertory Theatre, and the Northwest Electroacoustic Music Festival (Portland).

Fjellestad's recent film MOOG (2004), a feature length documentary on synthesizer pioneer Robert Moog, was released theatrically in September 2004 across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and Japan. Stephen Holden of the New York Times dubs MOOG a "compelling documentary portrait" of a "provocative, thoughtful and deeply sympathetic figure" and Tim Sheridan of Premiere Magazine calls MOOG an "engaging documentary" and "a charming ode to thinking differently."

MOOG was an Official Selection at numerous international film festivals including the Rotterdam International Film Festival (Netherlands 2005), Madrid International Film Festival (Spain 2005), Adelaide International Film Festival (Australia 2005), Naples Sintesi Festival (Italy 2005), Belo Horizonte INDIE Film Festival (Brazil 2005), Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (Czech Republic 2004), Sheffield International Film Festival (UK 2004), Dublin Electronic Arts Festival (Ireland 2004), Asheville Film Festival (North Carolina 2004), Bergen Ekko Festival (Norway 2004), and Barcelona In-Edit Film Festival (Spain 2004) where the film took home top honors at the Documentary Awards Ceremony. Fjellestad's previous film FRONTIER LIFE (2002) is a feature documentary that explores the strangely inventive world of Tijuana, Mexico. Filmmaker Magazine calls the film a "fresh... quick-paced, smartly edited doc that boasts an innovative score." FRONTIER LIFE has screened in theaters across the U.S., Canada, Spain and Mexico with support from the National Endowment for the Arts, Oregon Arts Council, Centro Cultural Tijuana, and El Consejo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes.

FRONTIER LIFE was an Official Selection at the Mexico City International Film Festival (Mexico 2005), Madrid International Festival of Contemporary Art - ARCO (Spain 2005), Barcelona Festival of Contemporary Mexican Art (Spain 2005), Sound Unseen Film & Music Festival (Minneapolis, MN 2003), Northwest Film Forum (Seattle, WA 2003), D.U.M.B.O. Arts Center Art Under the Bridge Festival (Brooklyn, NY 2003), San Antonio Cinefestival (New Mexico 2003), and Calgary International Film Festival (Canada 2002). FRONTIER LIFE is distributed by Third World Newsreel.

Fjellestad has also exhibited his film and video work at the London Institute of Contemporary Arts, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Tokyo's Shibuya Station, Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, Point Loma Wastewater Plant, Cleveland Museum of Art, Chicago's Gene Siskel Film Center, Oklahoma City Museum of Art, Miami Art Central, Salina Art Center, IAF Videoart Festival Tijuana, and the Sao Paulo International Short Film Festival.

Fjellestad is currently developing several original and adapted screenplays including LORDS OF CHAOS, a story based on the award winning book of the same title published by Feral House Press, which begins production in Spring 2006.

Fjellestad has appeared on NPR "Day to Day", WBAI New York, BBC Radio 4 "Front Row", Canal 22 Mexico, MTV Latin America, ARTE "Kultur", Danmarks Radio "Klassisk", and been featured in the New York Times, Keyboard Magazine, La Prensa, International Herald Tribune and the Guardian UK. He has given master classes and lectures at several institutions including Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematogra´ficos and Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana in Mexico City, Centro Cultural Tijuana (CECUT), Center for Research in Computing & the Arts La Jolla (CRCA), and Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego. Fjellestad co-founded the Trummerflora Collective, and currently works as a curator for the international art initiative, inSite_05.

His career started in 1998. At the moment, His music projects are Conceal, .nes, and Baiyon. Conceal and .nes present edited even beats, listless strange House/Dub/Hip-Hop. Baiyon presents experimental music evoking childhood memories. Live, he has performed with L?K?O, Hair Stylistics (Masaya Nakahara), Dose One (Anticon), etc.. In addition to his musical activities, his prolific graphic design unit Wet Side produces characters that are cute at a glance but a second look reveals them to be a conglomerate of strange characters. His character designs are loved by many (especially girls) and are drawn with simple lines or using extraordinarily deliberate textures. Baiyon's artwork has received the patronage of many artists who have used his designs on their CDs and flyers. Baiyon presents his special vision of the world, by linking his own music label, "Brain Escape Sandwich Rec. (b.e.s.r.)" with graphic design, film/video, and product design as "Wet Side."

Recent activity: [2004] participated with Stereolab and Tortoise in the documentary film "moog." Baiyon was also responsible for the film's opening theme and part of the ending. [2005 Feb] in the news for extending the boundaries of deformed Click House/Techno as his duo Conceal with ugh of from satanicpornocultshop released the CD "Baptized Troopers" a smorgasbord of Post-Critch/Gritch Edited Strange House/Techno and Hip Hop. After studied at Butoh dancer Min Tanaka's "Mai-Juku" workshop 1981, Kazuyuki Kishino (KK.NULL) started his music career as a guitar improviser, since then he has gained worldwide recognition for his solo works as well as his "progressive hardcore rock trio" ZENI GEVA, that has worked with STEVE ALBINI and produced more than 10 albums, recorded twice for JOHN PEEL SESSION on BBC, toured and played many concerts around the globe (Japan, Europe, USA, Australia and New Zealand).

All the while, KK.NULL has been working on his solo career and collaborated with other musical innovators such as KEIJI HAINO, SEIICHI YAMAMOTO (ex-BOREDOMS), JON ROSE, BILL HORIST, TATSUYA YOSHIDA (RUINS), MERZBOW, FRED FRITH, ZBIGNIEW KARKOWSKI, PHILIP SAMARTZIS, ALEXEI BORISOV and many more.

KK.NULL has been playing many live concerts in Europe, USA, Australia, Russia, and invited to perform at international festivals such as "Hyperstrings" in Vienna (Austria), "Beyond Innocence" in Kobe (Japan), "Exiles" in Berlin (Germany), "Sonar" in Barcelona (Spain), "International Sound Art Festival" in Mexico City (Mexico), "Sergey Kuryokhin International Festival (SKIF-6 & 8)" in St.Petersburg & Moscow (Russia) and "X-peripheria" in Budapest (Hungary), "Totally Huge New Music Festival" in Perth (Australia), "Avanto Media Art Festival" in Helsinki (Finland). also ZENI GEVA was invited at "All Tomorrow's Parties UK 2002".

In recent years his output has concentrated on solo material, which could be called "cosmic noise electronica". the latest releases include "Prime Radiant" (Blossoming Noise,USA), "Anima Motrix" (dotdotdot,Ireland) "Andromeda" split w/EARTH (Important,USA). At this stage more than 100 titles of the recordings (inc. bands, collaborations) by KK.NULL have been released in his 20 year music career.

Born in Yokohama, Japan, Marcos Fernandes has long been active in San Diego as performer, producer and curator. He has performed in Japan, Hong Kong, Mexico and the US as a solo improviser, phonographer and as percussionist/sound artist with various ensembles, including Wormhole, a decade-long collaboration with percussionist/sound artist Robert Montoya. Fernandes runs the artist-based independent label Accretions, started two decades ago and which now features some of today's more innovative experimentalists. He is a founding member of the Trummerflora collective, dedicated to creative music in Southern California. Fernandes' recordings have appeared on Accretions, Bake/Staalplaat, Circumvention, Pan handler, Pax, Pfmentum, Phonography.org, Public Eyesore, Ribosome and Solitary B.

Fernandes has performed and/or recorded with Aaron Ximm, Bernhard Gal, Bill Horist, Chris DeLaurenti, Damon Holzborn, Ellen Weller, Emily Hay, Eric Glick Rieman, Ernesto Diaz-Infante, George Lewis, Haco, Hans Fjellestad, Jakob Riis, Jason Robinson, Joscha Oetz, K.K.Null, Le^ Quan Ninh, Lesli Dalaba, Lisle Ellis, Mike Keneally, Miya Masaoka, Nathan hubbard, Philip Gelb, Rent Romus, Scott Walton, Tatsuya Yoshida, Thomas Dimuzio, Vinny Golia as well as with Donkey, Lower Left, mrlectronic, Nortec Collective, Seattle Phonographers Union, Skeleton Key Orchestra and Trio Maghreb.

Fernandes has participated in various festivals including the Yokohama Jazz Promenade, Spring Reverb, so.cal.sonic, San Francisco Electronic Music Festival, San Francisco Alternative Music Festival, Big Sur Experimental Music Festival, Oakland Sound/Shift, Olympia Festival of Experimental Music and the Northwest Electroacoustic Music Festival. He has appeared at Spruce Street Forum, Museum of Contemporary Art, CRCA/UCSD, Sushi Performance Gallery (San Diego), CECUT, Don Loope (Tijuana), Open Gate, Beyond Baroque, Line Space Line, KXLU (Los Angeles), Fringe Gallery (Hong Kong), Luggage Store, 21 Grand, KFJC (Bay Area), Polestar, COCA, Sonarchy Radio/Jack Straw (Seattle), Big Apple, Bridge, Tokuzo, Pit Inn, Airegin (Japan) among others.

Fernandese was co-director of Spring Reverb 2003, 2004 and 2005 held at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and has curated events at numerous
venues including Spruce Street Forum, Casbah, Galoka, the Space and Voz Alta. From 1993 to 1996, Fernandes curated weekly performances and presented
concerts at the Wikiup Cafe and Intersection Gallery, an alternative visual and performing arts space in San Diego.
