自身が学んできたクラシック・ダンスを基礎に、神秘的なダービッシュや中東のベリーダンスの要素も取り入れ、火を操る独自のダンススタイルを確立する。アーバン・トライバル・フュージョンと名ずけ、世界各地でパフォーマンスを繰り広げる。
彼が作り上げた斬新なファイアー・ダンス＆ベリーダンス・ショー“トライバル・ファイア・シルク”は過去３年にわたり、“Cirque du Soleil ”のキャストたちに向けてパフォーマンスが行われ、大きな話題を呼ぶ。
昨年行われたアンスーヤのショーで女性たちを興奮の渦に巻き込んだビジュアル系男性ダンサー、イライジャ。
今回のワークショップは、その彼の(ステキな！)ダンス・スタイルに触れる絶好の機会です。お見逃しのないように！！

Elijah is a multi-media artist who has performed around the globe. Drawing inspiration from the many cultures he has traveled to. Elijah uses his classical dance training background as the foundation of what has evolved into Urban Tribal Fushion. Combining the mystical Whirling Dervish, Middle Eastern Bellydance, and the ancient tradition of telling a story with out the use of words, Elijah uses fire as an element to his dance. Elijah has created what has come to be one of the most innovated new fire dancing/ belly dancing shows called "Tribal Fire Cirque." They have performed for the cast of the famous 'Cirque Du Solei' for the past 3 years and are inspiring the world in a profound and revolutionary way. Fusing urban culture into the music, dance and costume, what has evolved is a modern, classical, Indian, Middle Eastern, hip-hop, fire, belly dance!
*These are not traditional bellydance workshops, Elijah will present an innovative, eclectic modern day take on the traditional Middle Eastern Belly Dance.
Elijah Sound, will be your guide into the discovery of body, mind, and soul connection with sacred movement. Having studied many forms of dance through out his life (Ballet, Hip/Hop, Jazz, Tap, Modern , Ballroom, Bellydance, to Butoh) and performing in clubs around the world, Elijah has discovered the alchemy of dance fushion.
