Test Tone celebrates the release of two new albums by inviting the respective artists to perform in the ‘Noisy Hole’. Skist’s new album ‘Taking Something Somewhere’, released in September combines programming and textures with feedback, noise, plastic and vocals for an ethereal take on words within sound. ‘Naada’, the new album by Yoshio Machida, sends his steel pan drum through a range of processing to uncover subtle soundscapes in the latest Amorfon release.
