PUMA is a Norwegian melodic noise trio with a brutal force! PUMA started in 2006 and has released two albums so far. PUMA won the prestigeous “Young Jazz Musicians of the Year” award in 2007 and has since then toured all over Europe. PUMA's members have with artists like Supersilent, Audun Kleive, Bugge Wesseltoft, Paal Nilssen-Love, Terje Isungset, and many others.

Lasse Marhaug
LASSE MARHAUG has since the early 90ies been one of the most active artists in the Norwegian noise scene. As a performer and composer he has contributed to well over 200 CD, vinyl and cassette releases over the years, as well as
extensive touring and performing live in Europe, Asia and America. His most known project is JAZKAMER. He has collaborated with artists like Mats Gustafsson, Sunn0))), Paal Nilssen-Love, Ken Vandermark, Nils Henrik Asheim
and many others.



In 2007 PUMA and LASSE MARHAUG decided to collaborate together, under the name of PUMA/MARAHUG. It was a big success. In november 2008 they will release an album together, and in 2009 they will tour in Japan and Europe.
