The Naked Tokyo Collective applies its signature mix of shock and serenity, outrageous tableaux and seductive views, to the art of contemporary portraiture. In considering the theme: Contemporary Portraiture from Tokyo, Naked Tokyo artists were encouraged to explode and expand standard assumptions of portraiture by focusing on self-portraiture, sex, eroticism, and anonymous nudity. This show is anticipated to be highly controversial.

Naked Tokyo is an international collective of more than 30 photographers who apply their signature aggressive and shocking styles to interpreting this big city, stripping it bare to reveal the Naked Tokyo within.
