保田憲一（PANICSMILE）と岩沢卓で結成された即興アンビエントユニット。現在はツダユキコ（つむぎね）を迎えて活動している。京都のSSW ゆーきゃんと制作した全編フィールドレコーディングによるアルバム『ゆーきゃん × Rent:A*Car / sketches for the tomb mound rhapsody 』を今年4月にリリースした。
