Join our third annual Community Hub evening to learn from, celebrate and support great partnerships between BCCJ member firms and community organisations.
In addition to our own community programme, Books For Smiles, the BCCJ strives to support a number of not-for-profit organisations (NPOs) and community projects across Japan.
On the evening of September 15, we are very pleased to be handing the microphone to BCCJ members creating and delivering successful CSR programmes:

▪ GlaxoSmithKine (supporting NPO Save the Children, through Team Orange)
▪ Knights in White Lycra (supporting NPO Mirai no Mori)
▪ Klein Dytham Architecture and Arup (supporting NPO Homes For All)

This event is a once-a-year chance for BCCJ member companies to access community case-studies, and be inspired by the excellent partnerships formed by fellow members and not-for-profit organisations.
Companies looking to engage with good causes can hear first hand about a variety of work being done in Japan, by organisations of varying sizes. Not-for-profit organisations can explain how they spend donations and can work transparently with businesses.
This will all be delivered via PechaKucha‘s internationally successful presentation format – 20 slides x 20 seconds.

Come along, connect with fellow member firms and dependable NPOs – and explore how you and your employees can give back to your local community.

The event will include plenty of time to socialise and network with like-minded guests, and is ideal for firms interested in CSR and responsible business.

Thank you in advance for supporting excellent examples of UK-Japan community relations!

Ticket price includes entrance fee and 1 drink.
As with all BCCJ events, this is a not-for-profit session.
