このワークショップはトライバル・フュージョンで使われるハイエネジー・ダンシングのためのドリルのテクニック、
isolation、体力のコウチクとフレキシビリティ、そしてコンビネーションを教わります。
レイチェルは彼女の完璧なテクニック魅惑的なスタイルのインスピレーションをシェアーしてくれます。
ヨガマットとメモブックをお持ちください。
※クラスの１時間半前は食事をとらないようにしてください。
If you've ever seen Rachel`s drippingly slow fluidity, you wont want to miss this! Rachel`s slow movements are other worldly in presence and presentation.
This workshop will cover all you need to know for dancing mesmerizingly slow, including developing consciousness in the muscles required for minute isolations.
The emphasis will be on developing flexability and stamina. Yoga mat and notebook required. Please do not eat 1.5 hour before class. All levels.
