Traversing Territories – 領域の行き来 2007
日英現代美術交流展

2005年から、イギリス・ノッティンガムNTSAD (School of Art & Design)と武蔵野美術大学映像学科の共同プロジェクト、「領域の行き来/Traversing Territories」展の計画を進めています。05年〜06年は第一弾、07〜08年は第二弾、「領域の行き来 – 対話」: 2007年夏、ノティンガムから学生4名と教員1名 (ロブ・フリント氏)が来日し、ムサビの学生と共同制作を行います。武蔵野美術大学、六本木 SuperDeluxe、日暮里HIGUREにおいて、展覧会やイベントを開催します。2008年3月、ノティンガムとロンドンでは、NTSADの1851ギャラリー、Future Factory、TrampolineやBroadway Cinemaなどで、様々なイベントや展覧会も企画中です。
メディアの横断、領域の横断、時空間の横断の実験です。是非いらして下さい。

7月はタミオー (タミオーバンド主催)とワタル (実弟)の共同実験映像プロジェクトZONIの作品をラウンジ営業日とイベント前後に投影展示します。

"Traversing Territories / Ryoiki no yukiki" is an ongoing exchange project between Musashino Art University and Nottingham NTSAD. The first part happened in Tokyo, Yokohama, Nottingham and London in 2005-2006, the second part will happen in 2007 Summer in Tokyo and in Spring 2008 in Nottingham and London. For the 07 Summer events, 4 students and one lecturer (Mr Rob Flint) will come to Japan, work with MAU students, and present their music and art at Gallery Higure, Musashino Art University and Roppongi Superdeluxe.
Experiments in crossing territories, media, space and time. Please come and enjoy!
