PechaKucha is teaming up again with ArchiAid for a very special event on Thursday, November 22 at SuperDeluxe. The event will be used to highlight ArchiAid-supported projects in Tohoku, as well as a few presentations that touch on other Tohoku-related initiatives. Here's the Facebook event page. We've also added a donation button on the front of the PK website and at the top of our Inspire Japan website to make donations of 1000 yen or 10,000 yen (or multiple donations in those denominations) to support ArchiAid’s continued work, and more specifically a current project that is seeking 7 million yen (approximately $90,000) in funding -- see these two presentations, by Shoko Fukuya and Yoshiharu Tsukamoto, for more details on the project.
