ラウンジトーク&ライブパフォーマンス vol.2は、コンテストの部門を超えて、アート映像、アニメーション、ミュージックビデオなどの作家が集合します。第１部では、アート部門優秀賞『Gill & Gill』『Wutbürger』審査委員会推薦作品『Voyage de Hokusai (北斎の旅)』を、第２部ではアニメーション部門大賞『Rhizome』優秀賞『Yùl and the Snake』そしてエンターテインメント部門新人賞『group_inou 「EYE」』を上映し、審査委員らとともに、制作や表現について、トークを行います。作家による自作の説明が聞ける貴重な機会です。

The 19th Japan Media Arts Festival received 4,417 entries from 87 countries and regions in its four divisions: Art, Entertainment, Animation and Manga. The Exhibition of Award-winning Works will present the diverse forms of expression of the Award-winning Works as well as documentation of the winners of Special Achievement Awards. The festival program will also include symposia, talk events, workshops and other related events. Gathering diverse artists and creators from Japan and abroad, these twelve days offer a precious opportunity to encounter works representing the most contemporary trends in media arts.
