She started playing drums and soon formed the seminal NO WAVE band DNA, with fellow noise pioneers Arto Lindsay and Tim Wright. DNA enjoyed legendary cult status, while creating a new brand of radical rhythms and dissonant sounds; forever altering the face of rock music. Currently focusing on the electronic solo unit she launched in 2013 and a punk band MOST. Latest solo album released December 2015. YPY  Osaka-based bandleader, label owner and genre-defying artist Koshiro Hino is very busy indeed. Not only is he pushing the bands GOAT and BONANZAS into uncharted musical directions, but he continues to develop his solo work into a myriad of contexts. His recent composition-based hybrid Virginal Variations has taken this into expanded chamber music forms, while his solo performances as YPY capture a new kind of electronic sensibility. They had two solo exhibitions in Tokyo in 2004 and 2012, and joined “Tokyo Crazy Kawaii” held in Paris in 2013. Onnacodomo played shows at “Detour” in Hong Kong in 2010, and “Kirin Big in Japan” in Australia in 2011.
