イエペ・シーベア (Jeppe Zeeberg)
![/sdlx/170511-jeppe.jpg](/sdlx/170511-jeppe.jpg)

イエペ・セーバグは、1988 年生まれの受賞ピアニスト・作曲家。彼のスタイ ルは、自主的で妥協のない自由なインプロビゼーションを基本とし、様々な ジャンルの音楽性を併せ持ちます。彼自身の名前で初めて出したアルバム、 「It’s The Most Basic Thing You Can Do On A Boat」(2014年発売)は米国雑誌 「All About Jazz」で「現代のジャズ、現代音楽の美しい響きを確かな説得力 で語る作品」と評価されました。

(Thorbjørn Bechmann)

Thorbjørn Bechmann (1966) lives and works in Copenhagen. His works are mainly concerned about reflections on process and matters, through color and
composititon. Lately he’s works have been formal abstaction in oil on canvas, but he is working in a broad range of medias, including video and photography. Thorbjørn Bechmann is showing at 4 different venues in Japan, this spring.

インアー・シャルフ (Inger Scharff) & メリ・コチ (Merih Koç)
![/sdxl/igner.jpg](/sdlx/igner.jpg)
Visual artists Inger Scharff and Merih Koç are contributing to the venue with the space-specific piece “Gate”. The duo is concerned with human’s penchant for self-editing and fear of banalities and clichés. However, what seems banal often appears more complex and nuanced when we take a closer look.
The “GATE” consists of two fraternal sculptures that reflect each other. They have been formed so that they fit together. Their shapes depend on each other. They part from each other but they also belong together. Like culture to culture, people to people and artist/performer to audience/observer.
Through attention and honesty in the process the artists wanted to explore how they realized their ideas. The piece has been created with a point of no return attitude that resembles musicians playing a concert. Like musicians and audience always prepare, the artist have prepared in terms of materials,
dimensions, idioms and position in the room. After the preparations the piece was created in one improvisational take. The sculptures’ fragmented idiom is inspired by the structure of classical busts and sporadically applied gold leafs, not to cover but to frame and emphasize the process. Placed on each side of the stage, they are creating an illusion of a gate to the experience (the picture above shows the models).

Andreas Schulenburg
![/sdlx/andtres.jpg](/sdlx/andtres.jpg)
Andreas Schulenburg (1975) was born in Germany and was later educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. Schulenburg works with several different genres and media – amongst other ceramics, drawing, felt and sculpture. Yet, his favoured media remains felt, which is used for both small objects, large sculptures and two dimensional pictures.
