漫画家、Illustrator、Textile artist。animation director。マンガアート集団、mashcomixのメンバーとして、漫画、アート、デザインをキーワードに出版、エキシビジョン、インテリア、アニメーションなど精力的に活動中。

大学で、語学・現代美術を7年間専攻し、2001年に友人とアートグループ「エルショポ」を立ち上げる。主な活動は、実験的なシルクスクリーンの作成を行うプロジェクト。そのほかさまざまな種類のアート・プロジェクトを展開する。 2003年にプラハプロジェクトの招へいで札幌に滞在経験あり。日本とフランスのアート・シーン交流を目指して活動中。 
おにんこ！
2000年、バンド経験のない友達３人女子 (まいこ、ゆっこ、ひらちん)が突然段ボールBBSの五時夫の呼びかけに応じ、「おにんこ」結成。消去法で担当楽器選択。数々のライブをこなし、現在３人で「おにんこ！」にて、修行中！
「おにんこ」とは茨城弁で「おにぎり」の意味。
Ｂａｓｓゆっこの学生時代の友達がよく使っていた言葉で、「・・・なんかかわいくない？」ってことでバンド名に決定。その他候補には 「結婚」 とか、 「あせも」 とか、くだらないけど膨大にあったような・・・。「鬼ん子」にしよう！ともいってたけどなんかねー。意味ありすぎじゃーん鬼の子なんて。いいよ。平仮名で。
ちなみにデビューライブは２０００年７月２０日（海の日）、原宿クロコダイル。タイバンは突然段ボール+ＰＡＮＩＣＳＭＩＬＥの「恋に生きる」と、Ｐｈｅｗ+ＳａｃｈｉｋｏＭの「ＢｉｇＰｉｃｔｕｒｅ」。
その後名前の画数占いに凝っていたドラムひらちんの、「９画はよくないらしい。」という提案から「！」を付け足して１１画の「おにんこ！」へ。

はじけるリズム、心地よいレトロな旋律、HOSAKA AKANEは聴く者の目の前に、ニコニコ顔のワラビーやシンバルで遊ぶ猿たちが棲む独特な世界を映し出す。その彼女のインスピレーションの源は、 1960〜70年代の電子ポップミュージックの先駆者たち、そして音楽とは違った、伊藤桂司、アーキグラム、ブルーノ・ムナリといったグラフィックアーティストや、型破りな建築家の影響である。

鉄割アルバトロスケットにて台本、演目発案を行う、演目作りは完全孤独な作業なのでノイローゼ、お酒を飲むと、ダミ声になってしまうので、ウイーン少年合唱団の純真さを研究し、それを手に入れようとしてる。出来る事なら鉄割を止めウィーンのお城で彼らと一緒に生活したいと願ってる。

Fantasista Utamaro (mashcomix)
is a comic artist, illustrator, textile artist and animation director. He has worked for a wide range of clients, such as Nike, TOKION and participated at the Pictoplasma NYC event in 2008 Utamaro is a member of the manga art group mashcomix. mashcomix (short for "mash up a wild mix of comic styles) became well known in Japan and overseas for their unique publications an projects in the comic, art, design and animation field, such as the interior of the Transit General Voice Restaurant "TOKYOBAR" in New York and the Blackhosts promotion video for Southern Fried Records in London. They created the entire exhbition for the launch Party of the Ikejiri Institute of Design Tokyo and did lifepainting gigs at Roppongi Hills Mado-Lounge Parties!

With lunging rhythms and deliciously retro melodies, Akane Hosaka catapults us into a world of gleeful wallabies and drummer boy monkeys. References are to 60s and 70s precursors of electropop, but her true inspiration actually comes from the visual world and lies in graphic forms and architectural fantasy: Keiji Ito, Archigram or Bruno Munari.
